Chair Massage

Chair Massage is an excellent way to relieve stress and release tension right in your home or workplace. Sessions are performed in a specialized ergonomic massage chair that I bring to your location, making this service both convenient and accessible. In addition to the many benefits of traditional massage, chair massage offers the added comfort of being performed fully clothed, which can help clients feel more at ease.

Because chair sessions are typically shorter than table massage, they fit easily into a busy schedule and are ideal for group settings, corporate wellness events, and employee appreciation days.

Between each client, the face cradle covering is discarded, and the chair is thoroughly sanitized to maintain a clean, safe environment.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a therapeutic form of bodywork focused on relieving tension within the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. This modality is especially effective for addressing chronic areas of discomfort caused by misalignment, repetitive movements, or past injuries. It is also commonly used to support the treatment of specific musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing targeted techniques and slower, more concentrated strokes to encourage lasting relief.

Because of the intensity of deep tissue work, open communication throughout the session is essential to ensure the pressure remains effective without becoming overwhelming. Some post‑session soreness is normal, and staying well‑hydrated afterward can help support the body’s natural recovery process.

Deep Tissue Massage is an excellent choice for clients seeking focused therapeutic work, improved mobility, and relief from long‑standing tension patterns.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Point Therapy is a focused therapeutic technique designed to identify, release, and relieve “trigger points”—highly sensitive areas of tension found within the belly of a muscle. Unlike acupressure points, which follow the body’s energy pathways, trigger points develop directly within muscular tissue and often form as a result of physical strain, repetitive movements, emotional stress, or long‑term postural patterns.

During a session, sustained pressure and a variety of targeted techniques are applied to help deactivate these points and restore normal muscle function. While the process can be intense at times, many clients experience significant and lasting relief as the muscle softens and tension patterns begin to unwind.

Trigger Point Therapy is an excellent option for those seeking to address chronic pain, restricted movement, or stubborn “knots” that have built up over time.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage is a nurturing style of bodywork designed specifically to support women throughout the transformative stages of maternity. During pregnancy, the body undergoes significant physical and emotional changes, often leading to increased stress, discomfort, and postural strain. Using techniques tailored for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps ease these challenges and promote overall well‑being.

The benefits of Pregnancy Massage may include:

  • Emotional support and deep relaxation

  • Relief from joint and low‑back pain caused by postural shifts and added weight

  • Improved breathing and reduced muscular tension

  • Enhanced comfort and ease of movement

For safety and comfort, sessions are typically performed with the client lying on their side, supported by pillows and cushions to ensure proper alignment and relaxation.

Pregnancy Massage offers a gentle, restorative experience that helps expecting mothers feel more balanced, supported, and at ease during this special time.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Therapy is a deeply soothing style of massage in which smooth, heated stones are incorporated into the session to enhance relaxation and promote circulation. The gentle warmth of the stones helps soften and loosen tight muscles, allowing tension to release more quickly and comfortably than with traditional massage alone.

This treatment offers a nurturing, restorative experience that encourages deep relaxation, reduces stress, and leaves the body feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Acupressure

Acupressure is one of the oldest healing traditions, based on the principle that applying pressure to specific points on the body can help release tension and support overall health. During an acupressure session, firm, focused pressure is applied to these points to ease muscular tightness, encourage healthy circulation, and promote a sense of balance throughout the body.

This simple yet powerful technique has been shown to be effective in relieving headaches, back discomfort, stress-related tension, and even supporting better sleep.

Acupressure may be integrated into any massage session or booked as a 30‑minute focused treatment for targeted relief.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy utilizes therapeutic‑grade essential oils to enhance relaxation, ease muscle tension, and support overall well‑being. These highly concentrated oils are extracted from fruits, plants, herbs, and roots—natural sources that have been used for centuries for wellness and traditional medicinal purposes.

Research suggests that many essential oils contain antiviral, antimicrobial, and anti‑inflammatory properties, along with neurological effects that may help ease a wide range of physical and emotional concerns. Aromatherapy may be incorporated into your session through inhalation (diffusing the oils into the air) or by blending them into the massage oil or lotion for topical application.

♦Important Note♦

Please inform your therapist of any allergies or skin sensitivities to foods, plants, medications, or topical products. Some essential oils may cause allergic reactions and can be harmful if ingested.
